Our client is looking for a **Graphic Designer** with experience in the beauty industry to join their team for an excellent long-term contract. The ideal candidate has **5+ years of experience** and prior work designing within the beauty sector.

The main responsibility of this role is to design in-store graphics and visual merchandising. There may also be some hands-on production work.

**Responsibilities:**
– Design and update in-store graphics and visual merchandising
– Create and maintain packaging mechanicals and dielines ready to hand off to vendors
– Produce POS merchandising artwork using templated files, ensuring consistency across multiple display and graphic configurations
– Manage projects in a project management system
– Coordinate with and communicate to vendors regarding print specifications for packaging and merchandising materials
– Demonstrate a strong command of typography, color, and layout, and uphold brand standards
– Review graphics, layouts, and fonts before releasing projects
– Build and create retailer merchandising projects in line with vendor specifications
– Create and modify product packaging artwork files
– Perform typesetting, image manipulation and resizing, and create or modify artwork
– Create or update PowerPoint presentations for the Marketing team
– Prepare print, digital, merchandising, and packaging files for release
– Strong skills in: **InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, Keynote, and Wrike**
