Position Overview: In this role, you will manage projects and build strong relationships with clients in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry. You will oversee project delivery, collaborate with development teams, and ensure client needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their digital product needs and fostering strong relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers and product managers, to drive project success.
• Proactively identify and address potential challenges, providing solutions to ensure project continuity.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or business relationship management within the IT sector.
• Proven experience managing software development projects, ideally in a digital product environment.
• Strong understanding of the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry and its technology needs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for effective client engagement.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Proactive, adaptable, and strong problem-solving skills.

Location:

• Based in or around Mexico City (CDMX), with the ability to commute to the office twice a week.
