As we expand our efforts in 2023 and beyond, we’re looking for a **Google Ads Specialist** who enjoys planning and managing campaigns in Google Ads and is passionate about helping people land their dream jobs.

**The role in a nutshell**
As our **Google Ads Specialist**, you’ll plan, manage, and analyze Google Ads campaigns. You’ll work closely with the Marketing team to identify opportunities for improvement across our paid campaigns, use your performance insights to support our organic marketers so that organic content aligns with and strengthens paid efforts, and propose solutions to improve website performance to boost paid campaign results. You’ll play a key role in planning and optimizing campaigns.
You’re driven by goals, detail-oriented, and proactive. You’re excited to bring out the full potential of our product through successful paid search campaigns, and you can think analytically to solve problems.
**What you’ll spend your time on**
– Monitor Google Ads performance and create detailed campaign reports
– Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns
– Recommend improvements to landing pages and overall website performance
– Analyze performance data to uncover trends, patterns, and potential customers to improve campaign effectiveness
– Create and test new ad variations and add relevant ad extensions
– Collaborate with other team members to develop strategies for increasing website traffic and product sales

– Communicates clearly
– Feels comfortable with ambiguity and the pace of an early-stage startup
We typically expect candidates to have **at least 4 years of experience with Google Ads**.
**Bonus points if you**
– Have experience in a SaaS company and a fast-growing startup
– Have experience with SEO and Google Analytics
