Redox is working to accelerate healthcare’s transformation with actionable data. Redox Engine, a flexible interoperability platform, enables real-time healthcare data exchange by connecting and powering the flow of information. With a single connection, data can be orchestrated across a growing network of 12,000+ systems and organizations, including 100+ electronic health record (EHR) systems. Redox processes more than 1.2 billion messages per month for health tech vendors, providers, payers, EHRs, and life sciences customers.
This role is central to Redox’s new business growth. The Senior SDR will generate and qualify pipeline that supports the Account Executive team and drives net new ARR. Senior SDRs at Redox are strategic prospectors, not order-takers—they understand healthcare interoperability deeply and can explain the value of the Redox platform to both technical and business decision-makers. In this role, you will go beyond standard outbound sequences: you’ll research target accounts, develop multi-threaded outreach strategies, and serve as a trusted first point of contact for prospects exploring how Redox can improve their data workflows.
You will partner closely with Technical Account Executives and Marketing to ensure your pipeline efforts align with Redox’s ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) and segmentation strategy. Success will be measured by the number of qualified meetings created, pipeline contribution, and conversion into opportunities.
**Job Responsibilities:**
– Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels) and inbound lead follow-up, focusing on health tech vendors, health systems, payers, and EHR partners. Use AI-powered sequencing and prospecting tools to scale high-quality outreach while maintaining personalization.
– Use AI tools to quickly synthesize account intelligence (EHR environment, funding, hiring signals, news, product updates) and translate it into highly personalized outreach at scale.
– Use AI-assisted writing and personalization tools (e.g., Claude, Clay) to draft, test, and improve outbound messaging across channels, then apply healthcare domain knowledge to ensure accuracy, authenticity, and relevance for technical and clinical audiences.
– Track and respond to intent signals—such as job postings, technology stack changes, regulatory updates, conference attendance, and EHR migrations—using AI-enriched data sources to prioritize and time outreach for maximum impact.
– Build relationships with multiple stakeholders at target accounts across technical, clinical, and business roles to broaden awareness and improve meeting conversion.
– Work with assigned Account Executives to align on territory strategy, prioritize accounts, and ensure a smooth handoff of qualified opportunities. Share AI-generated account research to strengthen joint planning.
– Maintain accurate, up-to-date Salesforce records of prospect interactions, sequences, and pipeline activity. Use AI tools to support CRM updates, activity logging, and data enrichment to reduce administrative work and keep data clean.
– Provide Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership with insights about objections, competitive dynamics, and market trends. Use AI tools to identify outreach performance patterns and generate takeaways that improve Redox’s go-to-market approach.
– As a Senior SDR, help strengthen the team’s use of AI tools by sharing playbooks, prompt frameworks, and best practices, and model responsible and effective AI usage in healthcare sales.
**Required Skills & Experience:**
– 2–4+ years of outbound sales development experience, ideally in SaaS or health tech, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota through qualified meetings.
– Understanding of the healthcare technology landscape, including EHR systems, interoperability standards (HL7, FHIR), and common challenges faced by health tech vendors and health systems.
– Hands-on experience using AI tools in a sales development workflow, including AI-assisted writing and personalization (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude), data enrichment/research platforms, and intent signal tools—plus the judgment to know when to use AI output, edit it, or discard it.
– Demonstrated ability to build and run multi-channel outbound sequences that generate qualified pipeline, including comfort with high-volume outreach paired with thoughtful personalization and AI-assisted scaling.
– Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Redox’s value proposition to both technical and business audiences, producing outreach that still sounds human.
– Ability to understand pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and the SDR’s role in the broader revenue engine, with the ability to prioritize work against pipeline contribution goals.
– A strong commitment to continuous improvement—open to feedback, proactive in learning new skills, and genuinely curious about healthcare data and evolving AI tools.
**Preferred Skills & Experience:**
– Experience prospecting into health tech accounts.
– Familiarity with interoperability concepts (FHIR APIs, TEFCA, 21st Century Cures Act).
– Prior experience in a Senior or Lead SDR role with mentorship responsibilities.
– Experience building AI-assisted prospecting workflows or SDR playbooks others can replicate.
**Required/Preferred Tools:**
– Salesforce (required)
– LinkedIn Sales Navigator (required)
– GSuite (required)
– AI writing/personalization tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) (required)
– Gong or Chorus (required)
– HubSpot (preferred)
