Responsibilities
CrossFit is bringing its merchandise directly to the community through a dynamic retail experience at the 2026 CrossFit Games. We are looking for motivated, fitness-savvy Retail Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and represent the CrossFit brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older
Event Details
- Event Dates (Retail Activatio n) : July 21-July 27th
- Shift Hours: 8-hour shifts daily, scheduled between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.
- Compensation: $200 daily rate
- Location: SAP Center -525 W. Santa Clara Street ,San Jose, CA 95113 and surrounding areas
Availability Requirement:
Must be fully available from July 23 through July 26
Additional Shifts:
Additional shifts on surrounding days (July 21st – 22nd and July 27th) may be available
Responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests with enthusiasm and brand pride
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their preferences, goals, and needs
- Educate customers on product features, usage, and benefits
- Support event setup, breakdown, and daily merchandise restocking
- Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays
- Track and report inventory levels throughout the event
- Serve as a positive and energetic ambassador of the CrossFit brand and community
What We’re Looking For
- Retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8 hours)
- Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs
- Passion for fitness, wellness, and healthy living
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Additional Information
- Official CrossFit Games apparel will be provided for use during scheduled shifts
- Meals will be provided during scheduled shifts
- CrossFit will not provide travel or hotel accommodations
$200 – $200 a day
