We are looking for a Senior Solutions Consultant to join our Global Center of Excellence (CoE). Reporting directly to the Manager of Solutions Consulting, you will act as a lead technical resource for our most complex, high-stakes sales cycles. This is not just a demo-focused role—you’ll be a “player-coach” who helps set the technical standards for the entire global organization.

What You’ll Do: Technical Leadership & Strategy

  • Strategic Sales Execution: Lead discovery and technical presentations for key accounts and complex deals, bringing the executive-level credibility needed to close global business.

  • The “Standard Bearer”: Partner with the Manager to define, pilot, and launch new demo standards and technical processes that will be rolled out across the global team.

  • Product-to-Field Liaison: Serve as a bridge between Engineering and the Go-To-Market (GTM) team. You’ll master complex product updates and translate them into value-driven stories for the broader SC team to use.

  • Competitive Intelligence: Lead initiatives across the department to improve competitive intelligence and develop repeatable technical playbooks.

  • Mentorship: Support the Manager’s “Exceptional Coaching” mission by mentoring junior team members, conducting peer reviews, and helping build a culture of technical excellence.

What You’ll Do: Operational Excellence

  • Process Innovation: Assess and pilot new tools for the SC department to improve operational efficiency and technical capabilities.

  • Global Enablement: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to help train the team on market trends, industry best practices, and new product features.

  • Market Presence: Represent the company at industry conferences and events, staying ahead of trends so our technical strategy remains competitive.

What You’ll Bring:

  • SaaS Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering or Technical Consulting within the SaaS industry.

  • Technical Authority: Proven ability to quickly learn complex software and clearly explain its value to both technical and executive audiences.

  • Global Perspective: Strong understanding of global sales segments, including how to work with different buyer personas and varying levels of technical maturity.

  • Coaching Mindset: While this is an individual contributor role, you must be motivated to mentor others and provide direct, thoughtful feedback to peers.

  • Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel up to 30% for customer meetings, internal summits, and industry events.

$190,000 – $215,000 per year
At Bazaarvoice, we carefully consider multiple factors when determining compensation. Since we believe that transparency and integrity build trust, we want to share that we expect the OTE (on-target earnings) for this position to fall within the range shown above, based on Bazaarvoice’s good-faith estimate at the time this posting was made. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training, and skill level. While this is a good-faith estimate of the expected OTE range, Bazaarvoice reserves the right to offer compensation outside this range if the assumptions and understandings change during the interview process.
