**Responsibilities**
– Drive product strategy, roadmap, and product development
– Develop a mass-market customer proposition
– Gain a deep understanding of user needs
– Align stakeholders, lead the product roadmap, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with the broader business
– Define hiring plans, and hire, coach, and mentor a full team of product managers
– Promote a culture of testing, data-driven decision-making, and accountability for metrics and outcomes
– Stay hands-on—initially the role will be you managing directly, with line management of product managers coming as the team grows
**Requirements**
– Strong background in consumer mobile app and/or fintech product management
– Experience in payments (acceptance and payouts), e-wallets, or prepaid cards is required
– Experience in consumer finance is a plus (business finance also beneficial)
– Experience leading product teams
– Proven success delivering consumer-facing products that create real user value and meet business financial goals
– Ability to leverage user experience insights and A/B testing to achieve product-market fit
– Skilled at turning ambiguity into structure, with a pragmatic “can-do” mindset and a collaborative approach to making things happen
– Experience managing teams across different countries is a plus
– French language skills are an advantage
