Who You Are
You’re a flexible finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking on multiple roles. You’re strong in financial modeling, budgeting, and analytics, and you’re comfortable with strategic planning and collaborating across teams. You’re detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and passionate about using data to create practical insights.

What You’ll Do
– Data Analysis & Insights
– Gather, combine, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and opportunities.
– Create and maintain Power BI reports, ensuring they connect properly to underlying SQL-based data sources.
– Help migrate data outputs from Excel to Adaptive Insights, Power BI, and other automated reporting tools.

– Financial Modeling & Forecasting
– Update and maintain multi-year financial forecast models for subsidiary companies.
– Own and manage multiple financial modules as key components of the broader business.
– Run scenario analyses and stress tests to support strategic initiatives.
– Build and update modeling in Adaptive Insights as needed.

– Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work with operations, accounting, and leadership to align financial plans with business goals.
– Support special projects and ad-hoc initiatives across different finance teams.

– Process Improvement
– Drive ongoing improvements to forecasting, reporting, and data management processes.
– Apply best practices to improve efficiency and accuracy in financial workflows.

– Budgeting & Reporting
– Create, maintain, and analyze budgets; track variances and deliver actionable insights.
– Prepare standardized reporting packages, board materials, and executive summaries.
– Assist with month-end close while analyzing and reporting key risks and opportunities.

What You’ll Need
– Education & Experience
– A bachelor’s degree in Finance (or equivalent experience), Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA preferred).
– 4–8 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, modeling, reporting, and data.

– Technical Skills
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
– Familiarity with SQL, Power BI, and Adaptive Insights (or similar tools).
– Experience with R or Python is a plus.
– Knowledge of GAAP and structured finance principles.

– Soft Skills
– Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment.
