Are you reliable, responsible, and detail-oriented, with experience supporting executives? OnTheGoSystems is looking for a dedicated and skilled Executive Assistant to join our remote team.

What You’ll Do
As our Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant / Administrative Assistant, you will attend online meetings, take minutes, and ensure that everything discussed is documented, tracked, and followed up. You will also coordinate business and travel arrangements and meetings for the CEO, and manage personal errands.

Who’s the ideal candidate
We’re seeking someone who is polite, direct, honest, reliable, punctual, and responsible. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to manage their time effectively, and remain calm and effective under pressure. Loyalty is essential, as this is a high-trust role that requires strict discretion.

What are the requirements:
– 5 years of experience in a similar role (Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant).
– Experience scheduling and taking meeting minutes for managers.
– Advanced skills in Google Suite and YouTrack (or similar issue tracking/project management tools such as Monday.com/Jira).
– Experience in the software industry.
– Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with both internal and external clients.
– Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
– Ability to handle pressure.
– Applicants must be based in or near CET (Europe, Middle East, South Africa).
