**Product Manager – Redesign SuperApp**
**About the Project**
A SuperApp redesign initiative focused on modernizing the Android, iOS, and Java backend platforms. The goal is to keep the current functionalities while reorganizing user journeys for the end customer. The team pioneers development flows for **Agentic Development** using AI.
**Job Description**
We are looking for a Product Manager to be the main evangelist and to define the product vision for the SuperApp redesign. The professional will connect customer needs (Jobs to be Done) to business strategy, ensuring the new SuperApp consistently delivers maximum value in a scalable way—aligned with the efficiency of the Agentic Development flow (SDD).
**Responsibilities**
– Define, communicate, and evolve the SuperApp product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the client
– Strategically manage the product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives that maximize value for both the customer and the company
– Serve as the main link between Business, Design, and Engineering, translating high-level requirements into clear, actionable specifications
– Work closely with the Product Designer (PD) to refine the user experience, integrating Design System standards to ensure journey consistency
– Track and analyze adoption, usability, customer satisfaction, and business metrics to iterate on the product and support roadmap priorities
– Conduct continuous Product Discovery and manage stakeholders across different areas to secure buy-in and transparency regarding product progress
**Requirements**
– Undergraduate degree in areas such as Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
– Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in highly complex, large-scale products, preferably in Mobile Apps, Fintech, or Insurance
– Ability to define product strategy, manage roadmap, and communicate product vision persuasively to different audiences
– Practical knowledge and mastery of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
**Differentials**
– Postgraduate degree or certifications in Product Management
– Prior experience in insurance ecosystems, payments, or regulated financial products
– Knowledge of UX/UI and fluency with design tools (Figma)
– Experience with data analysis and BI tools for Product Analytics
