What is the role?

We’re looking for people who embrace teamwork. Whether you have a couple of years of experience or are a seasoned full-stack developer, you’ll find challenging and interesting work in a fun, supportive environment.

What will you do?

Day to day, your responsibilities will include:
– Working in a self-managing, cross-functional team to help implement future features and improve systems
– Collaborating with team members and the product department to deliver on the agreed roadmap
– Owning tasks and projects independently, completing the necessary research and working with the team to find solutions
– Taking responsibility for your workload and meeting agreed deadlines
– Improving the codebase when possible
– Writing clear comments on your work, following company standards and industry best practices

Who are we looking for?

– A qualification in computer science or equivalent experience
– Several years of full-stack development experience
– Ability to collaborate with others and engage in healthy debate to find solutions
– Genuine interest in learning new things
– Pragmatic, detail-oriented problem solving
– Strong accuracy in code, communication, and documentation
