**Why This Role Is Important to Arcadia**
The Vice President of Customer Growth and Retention is a senior leadership position within Arcadia’s newly formed Client Value Office. The role is responsible for maximizing customer value, strengthening long-term partnerships, and driving sustainable expansion revenue across Arcadia’s largest and most strategic accounts.
As Arcadia scales, this role ensures enterprise customers not only renew, but also fully adopt, expand, and depend on Arcadia’s platform to meet their clinical, financial, and operational goals. This leader will work at the intersection of sales, customer success, and value realization, owning the strategy and execution that turn customer results into long-term growth.

– Customers aren’t realizing the full value of Arcadia in complex enterprise environments
– Misalignment between customer strategic goals and how they adopt Arcadia’s solution
– Expansion opportunities are missed or delayed due to unclear value communication
– Inconsistent executive engagement and growth planning across top accounts

By leading enterprise value realization and strategic growth initiatives, this role directly influences retention, expansion ARR, and customer lifetime value. It also reinforces Arcadia’s reputation as a trusted long-term partner in value-based care and healthcare analytics transformation.
**What Success Looks Like**
**In 3 months**
– Develop a deep understanding of Arcadia’s platform, enterprise customer segments, and value propositions
– Build strong relationships with leaders across Customer Success, Growth, Product, and Solution Delivery
– Complete an enterprise account portfolio review to identify priority growth opportunities and upcoming renewals
– Start executive listening sessions with key enterprise customers
**In 6 months**
– Launch a repeatable enterprise customer strategic growth framework aligned with Arcadia’s capabilities
– Influence creation of an expansion pipeline with measurable increases in qualified opportunities
– Implement value realization efforts across multiple high-impact enterprise accounts
**In 12 months**
– Make a meaningful contribution to retention and expansion revenue goals
– Help enterprise customers expand adoption across additional modules, analytics programs, or services
– Document customer value stories to support renewals, expansions, and marketing
– Establish credibility as a strategic growth partner across Arcadia’s enterprise portfolio
**What You’ll Be Doing**
– Lead enterprise-level value realization and strategic growth efforts across Arcadia’s largest accounts
– Work closely with Customer Success leaders to understand customer goals, risks, and expansion paths
– Create and operationalize a customer strategic growth approach aligned with value-based care models
– Run executive-level customer engagements to identify strategic priorities and adoption barriers
– Convert customer strategy into platform adoption plans and measurable value results
– Partner with Sales/Growth to shape expansion opportunities, develop business cases, and support executive negotiations
– Act as an internal expert on trends in value-based care, healthcare analytics, and enterprise customer challenges
– Track, measure, and communicate realized customer value across the portfolio
– Represent the customer perspective internally to influence product, services, and go-to-market strategy
**What You’ll Bring**
– Bachelor’s degree required; a master’s degree in healthcare, business, analytics, or a related field is strongly preferred
– 12+ years of experience in enterprise customer growth, strategic account leadership, or healthcare SaaS
– Proven ability to drive retention and expansion in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
– Strong background in value-based care, healthcare analytics, population health, or payer–provider ecosystems
– Demonstrated ability to influence C-suite executives and senior customer stakeholders
– Experience supporting and/or closing multi-year, multi-million-dollar enterprise agreements
