## Travel requirements for office visits
**For remote roles:** Remote positions require occasional travel to our offices in Mississauga and/or Salt Lake City, typically for onboarding, team meetings, and semiannual or annual events.
**For hybrid roles:** Hybrid positions require residency within commuting distance of the office listed in the job posting, with in-office days weekly, biweekly, or monthly. This is mandatory.

## Become a catalyst for transformation at PointClickCare!
As a Change Manager, you play a key role in important business and technology transformation initiatives. You help guide employees through new tools, processes, and ways of working to build engagement, adoption, and lasting organizational change.

### Your responsibilities:
– Implement change management strategies in collaboration with senior change owners, aligned to business goals and timelines.
– Conduct detailed stakeholder and impact analyses to understand who is affected and how to best support the transition.
– Create and deliver compelling communications, surveys, and training materials, and support change champion networks.
– Measure adoption, track sentiment, and monitor KPIs to ensure teams are prepared and successful.
– Organize workshops, town halls, and learning sessions with project teams, and help celebrate key milestones.
– Support PointClickCare’s change management community and contribute to best practices.

### Required skills and experience:
– 3–5 years of experience in change or project delivery, ideally in SaaS, healthcare, or technology.
– Familiarity with change management frameworks such as ADKAR, Kotter, or CCMP.
– Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics.
– Knowledge of project management methods, stakeholder engagement, and change measurement.
– Proactive, team-oriented mindset, with willingness to learn and strong engagement.
– Change management training or certification (e.g., Prosci, CCMP) is a plus.

### Compensation:
**$82,000–$91,000 USD annually**
Base salary is part of our total compensation package and varies based on experience, skills, and location. Additional bonuses and benefits are included. Your recruiter can provide more details.
