What you’ll do:
• Review, produce, and provide feedback on video content, including short edits, motion graphics, transitions, pacing, and more
• Evaluate tool outputs and identify trends that reflect strong editing and storytelling
• Help set creative standards and quality benchmarks for new video tools
• Collaborate closely with Contra’s team and partner organizations to improve advanced creative AI systems
• Take on flexible, project-based work, with the potential for ongoing collaboration

What they’re looking for:
• A strong portfolio of high-quality video editing featured on your Contra profile (required)
• A solid understanding of what makes video content engaging, polished, and consistent with a brand
• The ability to deliver clear, constructive creative and technical feedback
• Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments (experience with AI or video tools is a plus)
• Availability for part-time, remote contract work with flexible hours depending on project needs
