SYSTABUILD is building a shared cloud and platform foundation for a group of software companies in the construction, CAD, and ERP sectors. To support this platform, we are seeking a Junior DevOps CI/CD Engineer who is enthusiastic about developer tools, automation, and modern software delivery. In this role, you will help teams build, test, and release software reliably and efficiently by working at the core of our development infrastructure.

Key responsibilities:
– Support and further develop CI/CD pipelines across multiple teams and repositories.
– Run and improve our development toolchain, including Azure DevOps, GitHub Enterprise, and SonarQube.
– Help standardize pipelines, templates, and workflows to enhance developer experience and quality.
– Assist with integrating quality gates, security checks, and automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
– Collaborate with development teams to diagnose pipeline problems and improve build reliability.
– Support the migration and integration of repositories, pipelines, and tools across the SYSTABUILD group.
– Document tools, processes, and best practices to enable self-service for development teams.
– Grow into more advanced DevOps and platform engineering responsibilities.

Qualifications:
– Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, such as Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, GitHub Enterprise, or similar tools.
– Solid scripting or automation skills (e.g., Bash, PowerShell, or Python).
– Basic understanding of modern software development workflows (Git, pull requests, branching strategies).
– Initial experience with build and test automation in at least one programming ecosystem (e.g., .NET, Delphi, or C++).
– Familiarity with code quality tools such as SonarQube or similar static analysis solutions.
– Basic knowledge of infrastructure and cloud concepts.
– Willingness to learn Infrastructure as Code, security practices, and cloud-native tooling.
– Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.

Nice to have:
– Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) organizations, pipelines, or boards.
– Early exposure to GitHub Enterprise administration or repository management.
– Familiarity with container technologies such as Docker.
– Interest in cloud platforms, especially AWS.
