Job description

The Sr. Product Designer creates user-friendly, engaging user interfaces to support UX improvements, new features, product launches, and internal tools.

Work performed

1. Collaborates with the team to design new features and enhance existing ones.
2. Designs wireframes, user flows, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes.
3. Prepares mockups that suggest solutions to UX problems.
4. Works closely with engineers to facilitate implementation.
5. Designs landing pages to support new products and features.
6. Implements and helps to evolve our design system.
7. Provide and receive great feedback.

Requirements

1. 4+ years of professional experience in UX, UI, or product design.
2. Expert in design prototyping tools such as Figma and Sketch (we use Figma)
3. Strong visual design skills and proficiency with Illustrator and Photoshop.
4. Experience designing for both responsive web and mobile.
5. Familiar with SEO best practices and optimizing for performance.
6. Understanding of HTML, CSS.

Compensation

1. $100,000-$115,000 based on experience.
2. Signing bonus.
3. 4 weeks vacation.
