Sherbet is a cryptocurrency-based gambling platform operating on the Polygon Network. Players from all over the world can play against one another in a variety of different games and compete to win Sherbet tokens.

We are a fun and passionate group of people working remotely across 5 different countries and counting. We currently are looking to hire a skilled, Web3/full stack developer to join our team for 2-3 months.

Requirements

At Sherbet, we are in the late stages of building our platform. The platform will underpin our future growth, and this presents us with a whole host of technical challenges:

• Ensuring that the code we implement scales
• Ensuring that application and data security concerns are at the heart of everything we build

What are we looking for

• Experience and knowledge in Web3, including things like smart contracts, tokens and cryptocurrency as a whole
• Experience using AWS, including AWS CloudFront, AWS S3 and other AWS products
• Experience working with APIs
• Experienced in VueJS, JavaScript and TypeScript
• Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Excellent English communication skills

This is a temporary position (at the moment) for 2-3 months. The salary listed is for if this was a yearly position. We’ll work with applicants to determine out a salary that works and can be raised if we decide to continue development.

Salary and compensation

$60,000 — $90,000/year
