They’re looking for a Video Editor to help shape the next generation of creative tools. Contra partners with leading tool developers and creative AI labs to improve their products across various areas. What you’ll do:
• Review, produce, and give feedback on video content, including short edits, motion graphics, transitions, pacing, and more
• Assess tool outputs and spot trends that align with strong editing and storytelling practices
• Help define creative standards and quality benchmarks for new video tools
• Work closely with Contra’s team and partner organizations to improve advanced creative AI systems
• Take on flexible, project-based work with the possibility of ongoing collaboration

What they’re looking for:
• A strong portfolio of high-quality video editing showcased on your Contra profile (required)
• A solid understanding of what makes video content engaging, polished, and consistent with a brand
• The ability to give clear, constructive creative and technical feedback
• Comfort working in fast-paced, experimental environments (experience with AI or video tools is a bonus)
• Availability for part-time, remote contract work with flexible hours based on project needs
