We’re welcoming new Mod Contractors to our network. If you want to take part in engaging client projects, ModSquad is the place for you. Our clients are well‑known, modern companies whose products and services you likely already know. Their customers expect top‑tier support, and that’s exactly what we provide.

Our Mods bring strong skills, a positive attitude, and enthusiasm to every project. They assist customers by answering questions, solving problems, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience with the client’s product or service. New opportunities are available now, with more coming soon.

Project hours (Pacific Time):
Mon–Fri: 5am–7pm
Sat: 7am–7pm
Sun: 7am–6pm
Weekend availability is required.

Hourly rate:
Discussed during the interview.

Commitment:
90 days
20 hours per week

What we’re looking for:
• A strong dedication to excellent customer service
• Ability to follow written instructions
• Availability on weekdays and weekends
• Warm, professional communication skills
• Willingness to accept feedback and collaborate
• Reliability in meeting your scheduled hours

Workspace requirements:
• A personal desktop or laptop running Windows 10 or newer
• A good‑quality headset
• A quiet, call‑appropriate workspace
• Willingness to install MSQ security software and a 2FA app on your phone
