Estamos em busca de um profissional experiente e proativo para atuar como Delivery Manager Este profissional será responsável por resolver problemas técnicos complexos, interagir com equipes diversas e propor melhorias em processos de entrega de serviços. Irá atuar como ponto focal entre equipes comerciais, de pós-venda e técnicas; analisar e resolver bugs complexos que excedem o nível de suporte L2; gerenciar demandas recebidas, classificando e priorizando segundo impacto e urgência e propor melhorias em processos, garantindo a documentação técnica adequada.
Requisitos:
- Formação superior em Tecnologia da Informação, Engenharia de Software ou áreas correlatas
- Mínimo de 5 anos de experiência em suporte técnico ou Gestão de Serviços de TI
- Conhecimento sólido em metodologias de suporte (ITIL ou similar)
- Experiência com ferramentas de gerenciamento de tickets e fluxos de serviço (ex: Jira)
- Capacidade analítica avançada para diagnóstico de problemas complexos
- Nível de inglês intermediário ou avançado
Diferenciais:
- Experiência anterior em empresas de tecnologia ou Software as a Service
- Certificações em ITIL, Gestão de Serviços ou Gestão de Projetos (PMI)
- Conhecimento em metodologias ágeis e técnicas de Customer Success
- Habilidade em automação de processos e análise de dados para melhorias de serviço
