Our goal is to bring this same boundless imagination to the UK in 2015 and that’s where you come in. We are looking for a passionate, ambitious, and driven leader to join us as our UK Country Manager based in London.
You will be the primary architect of our UK strategy – everything from recruitment and strategy, to program execution and budgeting. While you’ll receive the full weight of our team’s experience growing the U.S. and Canadian markets, the UK will start and end with you.
This is one of the most diverse roles at Tilt and you will excel at handling uncertainty and ambiguity. You’ve had experience building something from scratch and you’re familiar with the UK market and all its intricacies.
What we need you to do
Craft, refine, and drive our strategy for rapid growth in the UK
Recruit, train, and mentor a rockstar team to help you support your goals and objectives
Develop and lead the execution of sales, marketing, and partnership programs
Excel at experimentation to ensure we’ve got the right blend of channels, tactics, and areas of focus
Establish and build the Tilt brand as the way to collect money from groups
Thrive in a startup environment and understand the need to “do things that don’t scale”
Work to localize our product in the UK to ensure we provide the best possible experience for our users
Be comfortable traveling both domestically and internationally
