Study Abroad Europe is looking to fill a position as University/College Relation Manager. The person selected will provide administrative support to the Study Abroad Europe office and will work under the supervision of the Program Coordinator and all members of the management team.

Total numbers of hours to be worked will be between 20-25 hours per week ( combination of online work and possible site visits to schools). This is part time position with an opportunity to become full time position with unlimited income.

Position responsibility will include:

1. Assist in the creation of new and existing outreach materials (newsletters, handbooks, web sections, etc)
2. Contacting University Study Abroad offices offering our programs and partnership opportunity.
3. Data entry into Excel, Word, CRM software and other.
4. Schedule and visit college campuses.
5. Providing ongoing communication /support to University/College study abroad offices.
6. Other duties as assigned.

The successful applicant will demonstrate the following qualities:

1. An interest in and respect for the mission of study abroad.
2. Have studied abroad for a semester.
3. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, web browsers, webmail.
4. Detail oriented and self-starter who is active in contributing ideas and feedback.
5. The ability to work independently, have excellent written and oral communication skils.
