Experience with packages like ggplot2, dplyr, tidyr, SQL, and Big Data frameworks such as Hadoop and Spark is essential. Knowledge of machine learning, data mining, and version control systems is a plus. [1] [2] • Technical skills and competencies: The role requires strong skills in statistical analysis, data cleaning, transformation, and visualization using tools like ggplot2 and Shiny. Candidates should also have experience with relational databases, web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and collaborative teamwork. Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is important. [3] [4] • Roles and responsibilities: The developer will design and maintain R-based applications, including interactive ShinyProxy applications, to analyze data and generate reports. Responsibilities include collaborating with teams to understand requirements, applying statistical and machine learning techniques, optimizing code, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting, and staying updated with R and ShinyProxy developments.
