We’re seeking a Technical Support specialist to join the miniExtensions team. We are a U.S.-based company with a fully remote workforce, and we build tools for Airtable. You can find our website at https://miniextensions.com.

Collaboration Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time
Type: Contract
Rate: $30 per hour
Experience: 4+ years

Requirements:
• Fluent English proficiency
• Ability to work full-time, 40+ hours per week
• Availability to work PST hours, Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
• Use of Hubstaff for time tracking
• Strong technical skills and confidence in troubleshooting databases such as Airtable
