Our client is seeking a reliable and driven Freight Dispatcher. This role serves as a link between shippers who need to move goods and carriers who transport them. The main responsibility is to streamline the shipping process by matching shippers with appropriate carriers.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate transportation by organizing the pickup and delivery of goods, planning routes, schedules, and logistics to ensure timely shipments.
• Prepare and maintain essential documentation, such as contracts, bills of lading, and other shipping records.
• Track shipments and provide updates to both shippers and carriers to ensure safe and on‑time delivery.
• Serve as the main point of contact to resolve issues or delays during transit.
• Provide customer support by addressing questions, concerns, and service needs throughout the shipping process.
• Ensure all shipments comply with transportation laws, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or freight management.
• Strong knowledge of shipping processes, documentation, and freight regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills to manage multiple shipments at once.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities to handle delays or operational issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills for working with shippers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Ability to accurately track shipments and deliver timely updates.
• Understanding of transportation compliance and safety requirements.
• Proficiency with transportation management systems, routing tools, and Microsoft Office.
• High attention to detail with the ability to maintain precise records and documentation.
• Flexibility and the ability to succeed in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Compensation is $500 per week, with additional commission opportunities of up to 4% of the weekly total margin. Annual earnings typically range from $75,000 to $125,000, depending on performance. This role rewards strong productivity, attention to detail, and consistent operational excellence, with top performers earning well above the base pay.
