Role Overview

We’re seeking a compassionate, detail‑oriented Registered Nurse who supports reproductive justice, practices trauma‑informed care, and is motivated to expand access to safe, patient‑centered abortion care through telemedicine.

In this role, you will provide direct clinical support to patients using medication abortion. Working remotely, you will respond to medical questions, provide timely triage and clinical assessments, and offer personalized nursing guidance. You will ensure each patient feels heard, supported, and cared for with culturally responsive, evidence‑based care.

We are hiring a full‑time RN.

• Schedule: 10‑hour shifts, 12pm–10pm ET / 9am–7pm PT
• Workdays: Wednesday–Saturday
• Compensation: $90,000–$93,000
• Target start date: August 2026

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of RN clinical experience (BSN required), ideally with telehealth experience
• At least 1 year of experience in abortion or reproductive health care
• Active RN license, including California plus at least one of: CO, IL, MI, NJ, NV, NY, OH, VA, or a compact license plus CA
• Strong clinical assessment and triage skills with confident real‑time decision‑making
• Excellent communication abilities, providing clear, empathetic support via chat and virtual visits in stressful situations
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, regulatory guidelines, and organizational policies for care and documentation
• Comfortable using digital tools and technology for virtual care
• Experience providing trauma‑informed, patient‑centered care
• Commitment to reproductive justice and improving abortion access
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑moving, mission‑driven startup
• Interest in continuous process improvement
• Spanish proficiency preferred

Compensation: $90,000–$93,000 annually, plus equity
