Experience, Technical skills & Knowledge: 5+ yrs of experience in Gaming, real time banking, eCommerce or consumer facing software product companies. Strong development experience in C# /. NET Should have worked in a high growth technology environment. Strong analytical skills with previous experience working with complex data sets. Background in high volume web applications, data mining and multi-tiered transactional systems. Should have experience of scaling up operations & should have lead teams. Should be technically competent in web and mobile technologies. Experience with animated/static UI using MVP pattern, Game Logic, 3rd party SDK integration.

Managerial competencies: Strategic orientation – Able to align to company vision and long term goals and execute strategy. Lead by example – Ability to manage a bunch of talented engineers and guide them to deliver. Learning ability – Should have inclination to learn and gain knowledge.
