What we’re looking for:

-You need to love what you do, have opinions, and get excited about software.

-Advanced HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and cross-browser development.

-Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, such as Ember, Backbone, etc.

-You know, or are at least comfortable with, Ruby on Rails.

-Comfortable in a Unix environment (you know your way around a terminal).
