hey contact heroes is launching a major new mobile communications project in the field of prepaid customer service, and we’re looking for reliable, motivated freelancers to support us long-term.
If you live in the EU (but not in Germany) and want to work with us as a professional customer service partner, you’re in the right place.
What to expect:
• Friendly, solution‑oriented handling of inbound calls regarding prepaid topics, tariffs, SIM cards, top-ups, and basic technical inquiries.
• Structured workflows, clear guidelines, and a professional project environment.
• Flexible working hours within the project framework, ideal for freelancers who want to manage their own schedules.
• Fair pay per hour or per productive minute, depending on the project model.
• Fully remote work from your location within the EU.
Training begins in February or March 2026 – secure your spot early:
We offer several training groups in February and March 2026, each with limited seats. Note: Training runs for 8–10 days, full-time during the day, for 8 hours each.
What you must bring as a freelancer:
1. Legal and formal requirements
• A registered business / self-employment in an EU country (mandatory)
• A valid VAT ID for issuing proper invoices
• Residence in an EU member state (except Germany)
• Ability to issue monthly invoices
• Compliance with data protection, confidentiality, and NDA rules
• Ability to organize your own time and workload
2. Professional and personal requirements
• German language skills at C1 level or higher
• Experience in telephone customer service is a plus
• Professional communication, reliability, and strong service orientation
• Independent working style and strong process discipline
• Willingness to work with us long-term
3. Technical requirements
• Fast and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbit/s)
• Professional headset, two monitors, webcam
• Quiet, distraction-free home office workspace
• Ability to use our tools and systems securely
4. Availability
• Regular and predictable availability
• Reliable attendance on all training days
• Willingness to work shifts within project hours
