What you’ll do:
• Explain energy in clear, simple language – no jargon, just straightforward help with bills, meters and tariffs.
• Resolve issues quickly and confidently – from invoices and meter problems to more complex energy questions.
• Support customers by phone or email from start to finish – including when they have complaints.
• Respond flexibly and use your own judgement. No scripts – just genuine conversations and practical solutions.
• Treat every customer with the care and attention you’d give your own grandmother.
• Make a meaningful impact by helping people in difficult situations or guiding them toward more sustainable choices.
• Work from home with flexible hours and a supportive, motivating team.

About the role:
Location: Remote
Start: As soon as possible
Salary: £24,900
Hours: 37.5 per week, including mornings, evenings and weekends
Our hiring process typically takes up to four weeks, though timing may vary. Here’s what to expect:
First conversation – A chat with someone from the team, or you can send recorded answers whenever it suits you.
Prep call – A member of the talent team will walk you through everything you need to know for Discovery Day.
Discovery Day – Meet future teammates, take part in group tasks, role‑plays and one‑to‑one conversations, and get a feel for the role and culture.
Final interview – Come to our office, meet two leaders, ask questions and experience the environment yourself.
