Role Description:
As a Frontend Web Developer, you will focus on implementing, building, and optimizing the Codekeeper website and application, ensuring a smooth and user-friendly experience for all visitors. This role requires strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, SCSS, jQuery, Bootstrap, Jekyll, and React, with opportunities to expand your skill set as new technologies emerge. You will collaborate closely with the Design and Marketing teams.

About You

Responsibilities:
• Web Implementation: Build new user-facing pages and components for the company website, maintaining design consistency and aligning with brand standards.
• Code Quality: Ensure all web design and development is responsive, compatible across browsers, SEO-friendly, and follows web standards.
• Collaboration: Partner with designers and stakeholders to improve and expand the website, using feedback to enhance performance and user experience.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve website issues, optimizing pages for speed and scalability.
• Maintenance and Optimization: Keep the website current with the latest web development trends and technologies. Test regularly and resolve bugs.
• Content Management: Update and manage website content using the Jekyll static site generator.

Job Requirements:
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and core concepts
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with HTML5 and SCSS
• 2+ years of React experience
• 2+ years working with modern CSS/SCSS/Less/CSS-in-JS
• Experience with jQuery, Bootstrap, and Jekyll
• Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and pipelines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics and UX
• A passion for software development
• A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with web development trends and technologies

Beneficial Experience:
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Chart.js, Google Charts, and similar frameworks
