The Product and the company:

You will be developing the top community based web app for the resource sharing economy. This will help individuals and businesses better interact with those around them in a socially respectable and profitable manner.

Required Skills:

The product is a combination of an API driven backend and JavaScript frontend. You therefore must be very familiar with these kind of designs and have a proven track record in planning and developing such. As an allrounder in web application development, you enjoy creating easily maintainable and scalable systems.

You know which web technologies to use when because you’ve done something similar in the past Very good knowledge of JavaScript Frameworks Backbone and / or Angular Expert in Nodejs, you eat RESTful APIs for breakfast Practitioner of agile development methodologies (Test and Behaviour Driven Development, Continuous Integration) Ideally you’ve done some mobile development in the past (native or Ionic / Cordova) Very good knowledge of MySQL and noSQL (we use MongoDB) Very good knowledge in dealing with distributed version control systems (git) Knowledge of server administration, ideally experienced in working with docker or other deployment platforms You love to learn and share knowledge with others You strongly desire to be part of a start up

Salary and compensation

$50,000 — $70,000/year
