We’re looking for someone who can take full ownership of product features—from the initial idea all the way through to launch.

If you’ve ever wanted to skip the back-and-forth between product managers, designers, and developers because you’re capable of handling all three roles, this position is for you.

About Kadoa

Kadoa creates AI-powered agents that extract, transform, and integrate data from any unstructured source.

From day one, Kadoa has operated as a fully remote company. Our small but mighty team is spread across the globe, with our headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland. We’re all generalists who prioritize execution.

Please note: We are currently only hiring candidates located in most European time zones for this role.

What You’ll Do

– Take full responsibility for projects, from scoping to deployment.
– Turn unclear business requirements into well-defined specifications and user flows.
– Design intuitive interfaces for both technical and non-technical users.
– Develop fast, responsive, and reliable frontend applications using React and Tailwind.
– Leverage modern tools — including AI coding assistants — to boost productivity.

You Might Be a Good Fit If You…

– Enjoy both designing and building, and don’t see them as separate tasks.
– Thrive in small teams with fast-paced development and high autonomy.
– Have strong product instincts and empathy for users.
– Like to sketch out specs and prototypes before diving into code.
– Are comfortable with ambiguity and working independently.

What We’re Looking For

– Excellent written communication — essential for our remote-first environment.
– Strong attention to detail — even small errors don’t go unnoticed.
– Flexibility — open to learning new tools as needed.
– A product-first mindset — make design and development choices that serve the product.
– A sense of ownership — take initiative, meet deadlines, and make key decisions.

What We Offer

– Engaging and diverse work, including product development, operations, and customer interaction.
– Fully remote work — no commuting required.
– Competitive salary and stock options — we believe in sharing success.
– Regular team meetups and off-site events (typically in Europe).
– A culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
