Surge is a growing PPC advertising agency that builds highly effective campaigns for ambitious companies working with cutting‑edge technologies such as AI, no‑code, cybersecurity, healthcare, and B2C.

We are now hiring a PPC and CRO Specialist to manage Search, Display, PMAX, and YouTube campaigns.

You will collaborate closely with our Founder to expand our Operations Department, streamline client onboarding, launch top‑tier ad campaigns, and create high‑converting landing pages that bring in new customers.

We offer Customers‑as‑a‑Service, meaning we create landing pages, set up conversion tracking, and deliver analytics for every client. This gives you the chance to work with our Technical team on landing pages and A/B testing.

You will take a leading role in improving our paid acquisition strategies for B2B demo funnels and freemium‑to‑premium growth.

Here’s what you will do:
• Lead PPC campaigns for clients with support from our strategy and technical teams.
• Identify and execute optimizations across campaigns and landing pages.
• Use analytics dashboards to understand user behavior and uncover opportunities early.
• Become a go‑to expert at Surge for paid acquisition, analytics, and conversion tracking.
• Build Webflow landing pages that convert freemium users and book sales demos.

Things you might work on:

In your first 30 days:
• Identify opportunities and optimize campaigns for major clients.
• Launch campaigns and run experiments for new clients.
• Collaborate with the Technical team on landing page design and copy.
• Fix small visual or functional issues on landing pages that affect performance.

In your first 90 days:
• Build conversion‑driven landing pages from scratch.
• Implement conversion events and create reporting dashboards.
• Develop a streamlined client launch process for setting up campaigns faster.
• Establish an experimentation cycle to consistently improve results.

In your first 180 days:
• Develop strategies and processes that keep us at the forefront of PPC.
• Create systems to use AI across strategy and fulfillment.
• Expand our PPC service offerings.
• Take on a leadership role in Operations and oversee all client delivery.

The skills we’re looking for (from most to least important):
• Search: You should be highly skilled and comfortable with every part of the platform, with strong data instincts.
• Landing pages: Experience building pages, setting up conversions, improving CRO, running A/B tests, and writing solid persuasive copy.
• Display & YouTube: Advanced understanding of best practices, though you don’t need to be an expert.
• Analytics & Events: Strong familiarity with GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Spreadsheets: Ability to create clean, moderately complex spreadsheets confidently.

You’ll stand out if:
• You’ve worked with B2B demo funnels or freemium‑to‑premium acquisition models.
• You’ve worked in tech or with startups, especially Seed or Series A.
• You have Webflow landing page skills, with a good design sense and the ability to implement changes independently.

• You’re proactive, fast‑moving, and focused on execution.
• You stay up to date with new technologies and industry changes.
