Looking for an institutional sales person. The ideal candidate leverages deep relationships with active real estate investors (family offices, pension funds, and registered investment advisors) to raise short term investment capital for various short term commercial lending transactions collateralized by mortgage property.
The ideal candidate has pre-existing relationships with institutional investors and RIAs, and experience cultivating relationships, and selling mortgage and or real estate financing opportunities to institutional investors.
