We are looking for a software engineer to join our team and develop a scalable product.

Your responsibilities:

• Phase out important platform-details and develop a powerful user interface • Set-up the ideal technology framework to build an effective and scalable web product • Develop a complete booking engine backend integrating a complex communication process • Coordinate and communicate effectively with the founders team • Actively drive our ambitious development roadmap

What we are looking for:

• You have a lot of entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter-mentality and a huge passion for software and product development • Several years of experience in web programming, ideally being a full stack developer.

Technical requirements:

• 5+ years of experience software development experience of web applications • Expert in JavaScript development • Experience with Node. JS, REST and JSON • Experience building Single Page Applications • Experience building applications using Meteor (not mandatory) • Strong understanding of object oriented design and MVC patterns • Experience with SQL and NoSQL data stores, preferably MongoDB • Knowledge of CSS preprocessors like LESS • You are able to code in Coffeescript, or learn how to quickly, since our codebase has been written using it. • Experience building highly scalable websites, with hundred of thousands of users (not mandatory)
