Join the VEXXHOST team, a top provider of high‑performance cloud solutions built on OpenStack. Our flagship offering, Atmosphere, is available in Cloud, Hosted, and On-Premise editions. We deliver core infrastructure, networking and security services, along with advanced data and deployment solutions to customers around the world.

We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented Remote Sales Development Representative to help drive the growth of Atmosphere. This position focuses on strategic sales outreach, lead generation, customer engagement, and market research. It is fully remote, and we prefer candidates who can work during Eastern Time business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).

Responsibilities:

– Conduct sales outreach to create new leads and close opportunities.
– Serve as the initial point of contact for prospective customers through virtual introductions.
– Identify customer needs and contribute to shaping effective sales strategies.
– Perform market research to uncover new opportunities and customer requirements.
– Build strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.
– Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoff of accounts and support the overall pipeline.
– Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM.

Qualifications:

– Proven experience in sales, particularly in outreach-focused roles.
– Skilled in managing a sales pipeline with CRM tools.
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
– Excellent listening and presentation skills.
– Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
– Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.
– Understanding of cloud services; knowledge of OpenStack and Kubernetes is an asset.
– Comfortable working remotely and independently.
– Available during Eastern Time business hours.
