Responsibilties:
Driving Business Growth Results for the company by efficient sales efforts.
Specifically Responsible for Sales growth of NCR Region.
Working closely with the Founding team for developing business development strategy (Market Research, Competitive Analysis etc) to drive business growth results of the company.
Collaboratively working with other sales team members to increase the growth rate of the company as a whole.
Working closely with the Founding team to support in improving the product by getting feedback from the customers.
Requirements:
Passionate to lead sales growth for a startup.
Prior experience in Sales profile will be given more weightage
Prior experience in cracking deals with B2B clients will be given more weightage.
Candidate who has closely worked with Event Industry is welcome.
Excellent Communication skills (email, meeting, phone call etc)
Collaborative skills to drive growth for the company with fellow employees
Good & Quick with Internet Research
Exceptional Analytical Skills
