UI/UX Designer

The Role:
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to build intuitive, modern, and scalable experiences for dashboards and applications. The position focuses on creating user-centered solutions that support complex workflows, data-heavy interfaces, and responsive app experiences. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and other Stakeholders, and work within the UI/UX Department, following shared design principles, systems, and standards.

Main responsibilities include:
• Designing complete UI/UX solutions for dashboards and applications (web and responsive)
• Translating product and business requirements into user flows, wireframes, and refined UI designs
• Developing data-oriented interfaces such as dashboards, performance views, and management tools
• Ensuring usability, clarity, and consistency across complex user journeys
• Working closely with Product Managers and Developers throughout the design process
• Managing and enhancing components within the company’s design system
• Improving designs based on feedback, data insights, and usability research
• Completing additional tasks assigned by the Manager

Main requirements:
• University degree in UI/UX Design, Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX or Product Design
• Experience designing dashboards, applications, or data-intensive digital products
• Strong expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems)
• Solid understanding of responsive and mobile-first design principles
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Experience in fintech, trading, marketing platforms, or SaaS is a plus
