As a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Government Public Trust Clearance – Spanish/English working remotely, you’ll help bring a human touch to business. These restrictions apply only to this specific role, and you may be eligible for other TTEC positions.

What You’ll Do
TTEC supports various long-term and short-term government contracts. We’re building an Emergency Response Team that can be deployed within 48 to 72 hours when natural disasters occur. When national emergencies happen, we’re ready to help. These roles are meaningful, as you’ll support U.S. residents during critical times.

During a typical day, you will:
• Guide community members on available services that may assist their situation
• Offer the best solutions through communication channels such as phone, email, or chat
• Listen carefully to customer questions and respond thoughtfully
• Handle customer concerns with patience and empathy

What You Bring
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English
• Computer proficiency
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish
• U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements

Technology Requirements
• High-speed internet (over 15 Mbps)
• A USB-wired headset is recommended, though some existing headsets may be acceptable (Bluetooth not allowed)
• A smartphone or IOS/Android device for daily login
• A company-provided computer for the duration of the assignment

• A base pay rate of $17.20 per hour plus an additional $4.57 per hour for the first 40 hours each week in place of health benefits for this temporary position
