Operating from Microsoft’s premises with all necessary infrastructure supplied, the PSSC’s highly qualified personnel work hand-in-hand with customers, partners and other Microsoft teams to deliver professional solutions within reduced time and financial boundaries, and with increased predictability of success.
The PSSC Lead Developer will oversee the design and development for multiple projects, providing guidance and assistance across multiple projects. By mentoring and providing assistance, the Lead Developer will serve to augment the technical expertise and capabilities of each individual project team, ultimately delivering solutions of higher technical quality and capability.
The PSSC Lead Developer’s primary responsibilities include:
Writing codethat solves customer problems in consulting engagements
Mentoring project teams across multiple PSSC projects
Providing QA oversight for all Development related functions across multiple PSSC Projects
Driving pre-sales PSSC opportunities
Assisting with Project Sketch workshops
Identifying IP for reuse across PSSC projects
Contributing to PSSC process improvements
Secondary responsibilities include:
Providing QA oversight for all Architect-related functions across multiple PSSC projects
Mentoring the Solution Architects across multiple PSSC projects
Up to 25-50% travel to customer sites may be required
