8 hours on February 9, 2025

What We’re Looking For:
• A customer-focused support approach
• Interest in TV and film
• Experience in technical support
• Knowledge of Zendesk
• Ability to work independently and ask for clarification when necessary
• Strong troubleshooting abilities across various applications and platforms
• Professional English fluency
• Availability for 8 hours on February 9

Workspace Needs:
• Your own Windows 10 (or newer) computer
• A dependable headset
• Willingness to install MSQ security tools and a 2FA app on your phone
