Everbridge, a fast-growing global leader in critical communications and corporate security, is looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join its team in Budapest. The role is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in Hungary.

Please note that this is strictly an overnight position, running from 19:00 to 07:00 (CET).

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will play a key role in our International Monitoring Center, which delivers essential information to clients around the world 24/7. Your main responsibilities include monitoring and reporting real-time risk incidents, thoroughly assessing potential threats and their impacts, and providing clients with accurate, timely updates. You will also support a range of operational tasks, including direct communication with clients and contributing to special projects.

Your responsibilities:
• Monitor a wide range of open-source information for real-time risk events
• Assess threats and risks and produce accurate client reports
• Make quick decisions related to incident reporting
• Follow established operational processes and procedures
• Apply strong analytical and research skills
• Exercise sound judgment and discretion in reporting
• Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently
• Escalate issues when necessary
• Understand the company’s mission, the importance of your role, and adhere to core values

What you bring:
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Strong interest in global affairs and current events
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and research abilities
• Willingness to work night shifts and occasionally on weekends and holidays
• Ability to process large amounts of information, prioritize effectively, and remain calm under pressure
• Outstanding writing skills and fluency in English
• Strong problem-solving skills

• Experience with social media and open-source research
