A new and exciting fintech startup is searching for a "hands-on" technology leader who can apply their skills, passion and experience to take the companies’ technology to the next level.  Full responsibility on all technological aspects of the startup  Create the business’ technological roadmap to achieve the strategic goals of the startup  Work closely with the startup co-founders to improve the existing product and build new products  Evolve the product’s architecture and design  Recruit, lead and mentor developers as the startup grows  100% hands-on with the ability to react quickly to urging requirements, identify and deploy new technologies that can improve the product and maintain all existing products Technological requirements:  At least 2 years of developing at . NET ASP. NET environment – MUST.  Experience with client side web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, Ajax) – MUST.  Experience with relational databases – MUST. Preferable MS SQL server  Experience with Ruby – Advantage  Knowledge of other programming languages (PHP, Java, Python) – Advantage
