Who You Are
Brightwheel is looking for a Program Manager, Training & Enablement to join the Internal Enablement team. You are an experienced training leader who thrives on helping teams excel. You bring deep expertise in training strategies gained in fast‑growing tech environments. You enjoy setting ambitious goals, coaching teams toward excellence, and seeing measurable improvements. You identify training needs using data, build scalable role‑specific programs, and cultivate growth and continuous improvement within your team. You are committed to boosting the effectiveness of customer success teams and ensuring strong onboarding, engagement, and support for customers.

What You’ll Do
• Build and grow the Growth/Upsell enablement function, establishing clear goals and routines that align training with business needs.
• Work with leadership to create training curricula and materials for new products and processes, and expand our learning management system.
• Lead trainings for individual contributors and managers, and provide one‑on‑one coaching to accelerate development and maintain process alignment.
• Use data to monitor performance across upsell teams, identifying gaps and creating targeted training solutions.
• Continuously assess training effectiveness and connect improvements in results to training efforts.
• Leverage AI coaching and performance tools to strengthen training for customer‑facing teams.
• Give regular feedback to sales management and operations to improve systems, scripts, and hiring processes.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities
• 3–5 years of training or management experience in a fast‑paced tech environment, with a strong record of impactful training delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to build a high‑impact program from the ground up.
• Knowledge of diverse learning methods; experience designing programs in an LMS is a plus.
• Experience training customer‑facing teams with proven success.
• Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use insights to guide training strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Strategic thinker able to design and implement scalable training aligned with company goals.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder influence skills.
• Familiarity with AI coaching and performance tools is helpful.
• Additional certifications in training or customer success are a plus.

Compensation
$84,000–$115,000 per year.
Brightwheel is committed to pay equity and offers competitive compensation including salary, equity, and benefits such as premium medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous parental leave, flexible paid time off, and monthly wellness, productivity, and learning stipends.
For cash compensation, brightwheel uses standardized ranges based on role, level, location, and market benchmarks. For this role in all US locations, annual cash compensation includes a base salary of $58,800–$63,000 plus a variable component of $39,200–$42,000, for total on‑target earnings of $98,000–$105,000.
