Who You Are
brightwheel is looking for an Analyst to join the Data Operations team. In this position, you will play a key role in supporting company-wide acquisition efforts by leading essential projects such as market sizing, data enrichment, scoring, and distribution strategy in partnership with other Go-To-Market teams. You will work closely with Product, Analytics, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure we maintain top-quality lead and prospect data, create strategies to match the right lead with the right representative at the right time, and provide insights that help our frontline teams take effective action.
This role demands strong attention to detail, excellent organization, collaboration, project management, and analytical abilities.

What You’ll Do
• Turn insights into action: You will thoroughly explore data, processes, and the customer experience to uncover the insights needed to improve performance and convert those findings into practical steps.
• Achieve outstanding results: We set ambitious goals as a company. You will design and carry out the work required to meet those goals.
• Collaborate across teams: Work with sales, engineering, analytics, and systems operations to efficiently provide data and insights on the health and performance of our database. Build and manage important relationships with external partners and vendors to support data sourcing and enrichment efforts.

Qualifications, Skills, & Abilities
• 2+ years of experience in a complex or fast-growing environment
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers
• Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel, including pivot tables and lookups
• Experience with data visualization and dashboard tools such as Tableau or Sigma
• Familiarity with SQL and Salesforce is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in uncertain environments with a strong inclination toward action
• Clear and structured communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary: $52,000 – $94,000 per year
