Roles and Responsibilities
The ability to respond to requests for information and proposals in a creative and professional manner. The ability to lead the Business Development team through professional development and disciplinary measures. The ability to strengthen relationships with existing customers and to lead expansion efforts to acquire new customers. The ability to conduct contract negotiations in a professional manner while successfully implementing business strategies. The ability to identify new business areas as well as analyze, develop, and implement new business opportunities. The ability to become established within the industry by creating a network of decision-makers, analyzing market trends and customer requirements, and participating in exhibitions and conferences.
Qualifications:
A completed technical or economic science degree as well as sev eral years of relevant career experience, including proven success in marketing for an international company. Minimum of 2 years of related online + mobile marketing experience- Mobile or Gaming background is a big plus An in-depth understanding of online + mobile marketing industry and its associated technologies as well a high proficiency with Internet tools. Sound knowledge of performance marketing and advertiser/client management (mobile) as well as best practices. Assertiveness and excellent communication and negotiation skills. High degree of business knowledge with a focus on results and an entrepreneurial mindset. A method of working independently and effectively. Excellent analytical and strategic skills. Fluency in both spoken and written English and German. Other languages welcome. Proficiency in MS Office.
