Everbridge, a fast-growing global leader in critical communications and enterprise safety solutions, is offering an exceptional opportunity for an Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team in Budapest. This remote, home-based role can be performed from anywhere in Hungary.

Please note that this position is strictly for the night shift, from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (CET).

As an Intelligence Analyst, you will be an important member of our International Monitoring Center, which operates 24/7 to provide vital information to our diverse clients. Your main responsibilities will include real-time reporting of risk events, conducting detailed analyses of potential threats, risks, and impacts, and delivering accurate, timely reports to clients. You will also engage in various operational support tasks, including direct customer communication and participation in special projects.

What you’ll do:
• Monitor a wide range of open-source, real-time risk events
• Analyze potential threats and risks and provide accurate reports to customers
• Make quick decisions related to risk event reporting
• Follow operational processes and procedures
• Apply advanced research and analytical skills
• Use sound judgment and discretion when reporting
• Handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively
• Escalate issues to the appropriate teams
• Understand the company’s mission, recognize how our work affects clients, and reflect our core values

What you’ll bring:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong interest in current events and global affairs
• Excellent analytical, research, and organizational abilities
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and some holidays
• Ability to manage large volumes of information, prioritize tasks, and stay calm under pressure
• Strong writing skills and fluency in English
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team
• Prior experience with social media and open-source research
