Hi, I need your help to change the world 🙂

My name is Dayne, I’m a programmer from South Africa currently living in Canberra, Australia. For the last 3 months I’ve been working full time on a startup with the potential to radically shift culture in the direction of openness and accountability.

I’ve got investment, and an incredible team of mentors supporting me (including an ex-Google senior programmer, and two great tech entrepreneurs and CEOs).

I’ve been working with a UX & UI designer for the last 4 weeks. We’ve settled on the design and features for our MVP, and we have high fidelity mockups for 80% of the product. I’ve just hired and begun development with a great back end engineer, andI expect to start front end development in mid to late March, for 2 to 4 weeks.

Necessary personality traits and experience:

Hard working & 100% honest Must value freedom of speech. If you think that the EU’s ‘Right to Be Forgotten’ legislation is a good thing you probably won’t like what we’re doing. Must show evidence of having worked on a major project from start to finish Hackers please – I’m looking for someone who could have done the front end development of sites like AirBnB or Freelancer. Must be smart. The interview process will include a programming and logic interview with an ex-Google senior programmer.

We’re a bootstrapped startup at the moment, so while I’d love to say we’re only looking for the best of the best, we’re also happy to consider applicants who arecheap andpretty good 😉
