Position Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Clinical Support Team Associates to join our remote team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, offering exceptional support and helping them navigate our platform and services. Your responsibilities will involve direct interaction with patients, similar to the role of a Medical Office Assistant, and will play a key part in encouraging patients to make full use of our healthcare offerings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Patient Interaction: Act as the main contact for patient questions via phone, email, and chat.
• Platform Navigation: Guide patients in using the Mednow platform, including scheduling, managing prescriptions, and accessing virtual care.
• Service Promotion: Inform patients about Mednow’s services—such as integrated dispensing, virtual care, and home visits—and promote their use.
• Support Coordination: Work with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Record Maintenance: Keep accurate patient records and documentation in line with privacy requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Take part in ongoing training to stay current with platform updates and healthcare best practices.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Previous work as a Medical Office Assistant or in a healthcare support or customer service role is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using digital platforms and technology.
• Organizational Skills: Able to multitask and manage time well.
• Interpersonal Skills: Empathetic, patient-centered approach with strong people skills.
• Independence: Capable of working independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
